                      To Øl(Danish for Two Beers) is a Copenhagen based brewery founded in 2010 by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen. It only took two short years before it began being ranked in RateBeer's list of top 100 breweries—an absolutely massive achievement for such a young brewery. This achievement has become somewhat commonplace for To Øl, but that doesn't mean they are satisfied by their achievements. To Øl continues in their attempt to push the envelope and improve and reinvigorate the craft beer scene—both in Denmark and around the world. Their love of beer and understanding of the science behind it have propelled them to the forefront of Danish craft beer.


                                     To Øl has brewed an incredible variety of beers, from a traditional Pilsner to experimental dry hopped sours—and everything in between. No matter what style of beer you enjoy, you are certain to find one among the hundreds they have brewed. To Øl has also done multiple collaborations with world renowned brewery Mikkeller—and has such a close working relationship with them that they co-own multiple craft beer bars throughout Denmark. In fact, Mikkel Borg Bjergsø(the owner, founder, and head brewer at Mikkeller) taught Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen to brew while they were his physics students at Det Fri Gymnasium. With a mentor of that caliber, it is no surprise To Øl has reached the level it has achieved. As impressive as the brewery currently is, they have only begun their ascent into the upper echelons of the world-wide beer scene.

                      Since founding the brewery in 2010 To Øl has been a Gypsy Brewery(meaning they don't own the equipment they brew on, they rent it from a larger brewery). However, the success of the brewery has given To Øl the opportunity to purchase their own brew space which will be opening in 2019. This new brew space will allow for a hugely significant expansion in the quantity of beer brewed. This expansion will allow To Øl to reach an even wider audience than they already do. Which, in turn, will give them the opportunity to experiment with an even wider variety of styles. To Øl becoming larger and more widely distributed can only mean good things for beer lovers around the world.

                       To Øl continues to impress craft beer lovers the world over—whether it is with their impressive interpretations of the classics or their adventurous forays into experimental styles—everyone will find something to drink. There isn't a single style that To Øl will not attempt—and, quite frankly, excel at. Their ingenuity has even led them to gather inspiration from instant coffee—they are experimenting with the possibility of “instant beer”. Based on their history, I would expect nothing short of a resounding success.

To Øl er et københavnsbaseret bryggeri grundlagt i 2010 af Tore Gynther og Tobias Emil Jensen. Det tog kun to korte år, før det begyndte at blive rangeret i RateBeers liste over top 100 bryggerier - en absolut massiv præstation for et sådant ungt bryggeri. Denne præstation er blevet noget almindeligt for To Øl, men det betyder ikke, at de er tilfredse med deres præstationer. To Øl fortsætter i deres forsøg på at skubbe konvolutten og forbedre og genoplive håndværkets øl-scene - både i Danmark og rundt om i verden.                                      To Øl har brygget et utroligt stort udvalg af øl, fra en traditionel Pilsner til eksperimentelle tørrer hoppede sours - og alt derimellem. To Øl har også gjort flere samarbejder med det verdensberømte bryggeri Mikkeller - og har et så tæt samarbejde med dem, at de ejer flere øl-barer i hele Danmark.
